This position will support the PHI Marketplace application and PHI’s energy efficiency portfolio.  


Provide analytical and administrative support in the development, measurement and evaluation of PHI’s energy efficiency portfolio. Duties will include budget, business planning, performance measurement, and measurement evaluation responsibilities for both the energy efficiency portfolio and the Marketing & Environmental Programs area.

Position may be required to work extended hours, including 24 x 7 coverage during storms or other energy delivery emergencies.


Analytical/administrative support of the PHI Energy Efficiency Portfolio, primarily around energy efficiency measures analysis, program analysis, invoicing, management and program measurement and evaluation
Provide support in the areas of invoicing, budgeting, reporting, and business planning areas
Provide support of all reporting requirements, both internally and externally
Develop knowledge/experience of energy efficiency measures, technologies and programs

Analytical support across the energy efficiency planning function, including measurement and evaluation
Prepare standard reports on progress for energy efficiency programs
Develop knowledge and experience of energy efficiency technologies and programs



Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., accounting, business) and 2–5 years experience relevant electric utility experience, primarily in technology assessment, program modeling and cost-effectiveness, measurement and evaluation, and/or performance management, OR in lieu of a bachelor’s degree, 6-9 years of stated relevant experience
Ability to multitask across various types of projects and deliver a quality work product within the required timeframe.
Ability to provide analytical support of program and energy efficiency measure evaluation projects


Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (e.g., accounting, business)
Strong communication skills – both oral and written.
Strong computer skills – preferably Microsoft office experience
Strong analytical skills
